| On-Line Registration Information |

To register on-line:
- Click the Register Now link in the Online Registration box above.
- All participants check "I am not a member" on the Sign In screen.
- Check the box to agree to the CGA's Tournament waiver.
- Fill out the information on the Tournament Registration page. Note that you must fill in all of the required fields. Also, please include your GHIN number if you have one. If you do not have a GHIN number please indicate your average score for an 18-hole round.
- Check the entry fee you will be paying ($300 - Played in the 2007 tournament -or- $350 - Did not play in the 2007 tournament).
- Par Club Membership is required for all participants. If you are not a current Par Club member pick the level at which you would like to join. If you are already a Par Club member check the corresponding box.
- When making your payment the CGA only accepts Visa or MasterCard. |
