Limited to players in the US Amateur Sectional Qualifying:
This qualifying site is limited to those players who have registered through the USGA for this U.S. Amateur Sectional qualifier. Players who sign up for the CGA qualifier and are not signed up with the USGA for the national qualifier will be moved to another CGA qualifying site on a space available basis. There is NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule!
Registration through the Colorado Golf Association website is for the CGA qualifier and not the USGA qualifier. For USGA championship and qualifier information visit www.USGA.org.
All 36 holes will count towards the CGA qualifying for those who register to use this site as their CGA Stroke Play Qualifier.

Qualifiers:
All non-exempt players must compete in one of the available qualifiers. The cost to qualify is $90. If a player qualifies for the championship he must pay the remaining championship balance of $110 by Monday, August 11th or the player will forfiet his spot in the championship to the first available alternate.
The number of qualifiers allocated to each qualifying site will be determined after the registration deadline. Allocations are based on three variables (1) the overall number of competitors attempting to qualify for the championship, (2) The field size of each qualifier, and(3) the number of total qualifying spots available for the championship proper.

Walking Only Event:
The 2008 CGA Amateur Stroke Play Championship will be a walking only event! Caddies are allowed in all stages of the event. Automotive transportation will only be allowed in qualifying rounds. |
