West Chapter Championship Participants Only:
This qualifying site is limited to those players who have registered to compete in the 2008 West Chapter Championship. Players who register for this stroke play qualifier but fail to register for the West Chapter Championship will be moved to another CGA qualifying site on a space available basis. There is NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule!
Players who use this site as a CGA stroke play qualifier must compete in both rounds. If a player withdrawals after the first round without reason his registration into the Stroke Play Championship is subject to rejection.

Qualifiers:
All non-exempt players must compete in one of the available qualifiers. The cost to qualify is $90. If a player qualifies for the championship he must pay the remaining championship balance of $110 by Monday, August 11th or the player will forfiet his spot in the championship to the first available alternate.
The number of qualifiers allocated to each qualifying site will be determined after the registration deadline. Allocations are based on three variables (1) the overall number of competitors attempting to qualify for the championship, (2) The field size of each qualifier, and(3) the number of total qualifying spots available for the championship proper.

Walking Only Event:
The 2008 CGA Amateur Stroke Play Championship will be a walking only event! Caddies are allowed in all stages of the event. Automotive transportation will only be allowed in qualifying rounds. |
