Eligibility:
Players must be a bona fide public player as of January 1, 2008 to be eligible. If you have any questions on eligibilty please contact the CGA prior to the event.

Qualifiers:
All non-exempt players must compete in one of the four available qualifiers. The cost to qualify is $75. If a player qualifies for the championship he must pay the additional championship fee of $90 by June 24, 2008 or the player will forfiet his spot in the championship to the first available alternate. Exempt players must pay the championship fee of $165 in full at the time of registration.
The number of qualifiers allocated to each qualifying site will be determined after the registration deadline. Allocations are based on three variables (1) the overall number of competitors attempting to qualify for the championship, (2) The field size of each qualifier, and(3) the number of total qualifying spots available for the championship proper.

Championship format:
54 holes of stroke play, there will be a cut after 36 holes to the low 40 players and ties for the final round. All play is at scratch. No refunds for players who withdrawal during the championship or fail to make the cut.
